Enhanced License Agreement

Note: All terms and conditions of the Standard License apply, including prohibited uses, unless specifically amended by the provisions of the Enhanced License agreement as detailed below. As with the Standard License, use of any material is for one year from the date of purchase.

Web Page Views and Print Circulation

Depending on the options chosen (Resolution and Web/Page Views), the Standard License allows up to a maximum of 499,999 web page views or print circulation. By puchasing an Enhanced License you are allowed in excess of 500,000 web page views or print circulation

Multi-Seat Use

By purchasing an Enhanced License you are permitted to allow use of the material by more than one person in your business. All users agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the relevant license agreements. The original purchaser will be liable for any breach of the agreement.

Limited Reproduction Rights on Physical Items intended for Resale

An Enhanced License allows you to use WeddingPhotoStock.com material for one year from the date of purchase for products intended for resale. Specifically

• Up to 100,000 paper based products such as greeting cards, calendars, posters - any type of stationary including stickers
• Up to 5,000 on clothing items such as aprons, t-shirts, baby bibs, underwear etc
• Up to 2,500 on framed artwork, novelty items such as games and toys

The Enhanced License grants you one time use of the material on one product. For example, if you need to use the material on t-shirts and aprons, you will need to purchase the material twice. The right to use our wedding stock material on physical items for resale is given with the following provisions:

• Copyright of the material and intellectual rights on the material remains with WeddingPhotoStock.com
• By using our content on your products you agree to indemnify WeddingPhotoStock.com against any liability, claims, damages and expenses incurred by your use of our content on you resale items.
• You must repurchase the material if your print run exceeds the the quantities indicated above

All terms and conditions in the Standard License apply unless specifically amended by the Enhanced License agreement, including all prohibited uses. If your intended use of our material is prohibited by the Standard on Enhanced License please contact us and we may be able to contact the individuals involved and secure ether necessary permissions in writing.

Unlimited Reproduction Rights on Electronic Items for Resale

An Enhanced License grants you unlimited reproduction rights for one year from the date of purchase to use the material in electronic/digital form on items intended for resale. Examples are e-greeting cards, web based templates, screen savers and email templates.

If your use of the material is not covered by the License agreements or you are unsure about which License your need please contact us with your query. The right to use our wedding stock material on electronic/digital items for resale is given with the following provisions:

• Copyright of the material and intellectual rights on the material remains with WeddingPhotoStock.com
• By using our content on your products you agree to indemnify WeddingPhotoStock.com against any liability, claims, damages and expenses incurred by your use of our content on you resale items.
